CHAMP 'O' CHAMPS
How does this work ?
Players who do well in Tournaments will win
Champ 'o' Champs points.
For those of you who have been to Bg Live in London before
you should know that
the Champ 'o' Champs points system
has been over-hauled this year.
We're now working on the premise that Players gain C'o'C points
according to matches they have won over the weekend.
The more matches you play the more C'o'C points you can gain.
You must do well in Tournaments to gain C'o'C points.
That means winning 8 player Tournaments
(On Boards, On Shore and Jackpots,)
coming 1st, 2nd or 3rd in Tric Trac Tournos,
getting to at least the Semi-Finals of
The Singles Knockout Main, Plate 1, Plate 2 or Plate 3,
getting to at least the Semi-Finals of the Doubles,
winning your League in the League section of
The League Tournament but even if you don't
you can win C'o'C points by getting to at least
The Semi-Finals of the Main or Consolation in the Knockout
section,
and getting to at least
the Quarter-Finals of the Weekend Knockout.
Now also added you can get Champ 'o' Champ points
for the Daily Quizzes and the Players Presents.
Points are also worked out on match lengths
(an 8 Player 1 pointer Knockout will give the Winner 3 points,
an 8 Player 7 pointer Knockout will give the Winner 12 points.)

In previous years Players have asked me
during the weekend
how they are doing and how others are doing.
I'm ashamed to admit that I couldn't really give them an answer
because I was doing the Champ 'o' Champs points total
on scraps of paper !
So this year I've go it all on computer -
as soon as match results are entered into my laptop
the Champ 'o' Champs points table will update automatically.
I'll publish a
Top 30 Champ 'o' Champs Leader Board Table
after every session of play.
Ha ha,,, that should get you all at it !
The
Player with the most points at 4.00 pm Sunday wins the
Champ
'o' Champs Trophy.

N.B. The Hustler's Haven, The Gang Tournament
and any Jackpots or TTTs played after 4.00
pm on Sunday
do not count
towards
