PLEASE BE IN THE KING'S STORES BY 10.45 a.m. GROUP AUCTION AT 11.00 a.m. MAIN OPTIONAL POOL WILL CLOSE AT 11.20 DRAW WILL BE AT 11.30 LATE PLAYERS WILL BE FINED AT A RATE OF 1 POINT PER 10 MINUTES OR SUBSTITUTED AT 11.30 O'CLOCK BY RESERVES IF THERE ARE SOME. N.B. (3rd November) THERE ARE INDEED RESERVE PLAYERS. EVEN THOUGH THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE OF VENUE THE ABOVE RULE WILL STILL BE ENFORCED BECAUSE WE STILL NEED TO KEEP ON SCHEDULE. IT WILL BE BEST TO TRAVEL BY TUBE TO LIVERPOOL STREET STATION THE WALK ACROSS BISHOPSGATE. At 3.15 pm the Main and Plates will adjourn while the Boat Trip to see the Fireworks Display happens. There will be On Board Tournaments on The Backgammon Boat, On Shore Tournaments in The King's Stores and Tric Trac Tournos in The King's Stores between 4.00 and 6.00p.m. As soon as the Boat Trip is back the Main and Plates will complete between 6.00 and 7.30 p.m. All players get a free cab back from St Katherine's Pier. If you've not played in a Tournament before... this is for you ! Doubling Cube and Crawfords thoughout. Entry is £20 (TAKEN FROM £20 DEPOSITS PAID) THIS INCLUDES YOUR FIRST DRINK AT 11.00 - 11.30 am AND A MEAL BETWEEN 6.00 AND 8.00 pm Champ o Champ points will be awarded to those that do well. The Winner and Finalist of the Main Tournament will each win a Singles Knockout Trophy. The Winners and Finalists of the 3 Plate Tournaments will each win a Plate. The Winners of the On Board and On Shore Tournaments will each win a plaque and share bottles of bubbly. The Tournament Director will be Mike Main. The On Board TD will be Irving Czechowicz The On Shore TD will be Adam Tansley.
