All matches are to be created by the 1st (top) named Player on the
Tournament Chart within 16 days of their pairing (next match) being known.
A pairing is known from when the previous match result has been posted on
the Discussion Board.
All matches must be called "Olympiad" and the bracket that the match
belongs to. E.G. Olympiad Main
When a match has been proposed the 1st named Player must post a message on
the Discussion Board saying they have done so.
It is the responsibility of Players to create the matches that they can
tell are ready to be played.
There is no need to wait for the T.D. to tell you to start those matches.
Players need to keep an eye upon the Discussion Board to see Loss Reports
that will affect themselves.
To save them wondering when a match another two Players are playing will
finish all matches in progress will be entered on the Tournament
spreadsheets.
Hence Players will be able to easily gauge when a match that is going to
affect them is likely to finish and be ready to create or accept within a
pretty quick time frame.
It is the responsibility of the 2nd (lower) named Player on the Tournament
Chart to accept the match proposal.
This must be done within 16 days from the time the match is proposed.
When the match is accepted the 2nd named Player must post a message on the
Discussion Board saying they have accepted and stating the URL of the
match.
