FORMAT

FORMAT There is a Main and a  Consolation Tournament. Hence every Team is guaranteed  at least two matches. Lose in your first match and you are entered into the Consolation. 7 point Crawford matches throughout.   BIBA Tournament rules of play apply. All matches except the Finals may be played where Players agree upon, though the preferred venue is The Fox Reformed on Saturdays and Sundays 4.00 - 6.00 p.m.

SCHEDULE

SCHEDULE Registration will open on Mon 20th October. (please register via this website) The Auction and Draw will take place on Mon 3rd November in The Fox Reformed. 1st Round Main matches to be played by Mon 17th November. 2nd Round Main and 1st Round Consolation matches to be played by Mon 1st Dec. Semi-Final Main and Semi-Final Consolation matches to be played by Mon 15th Dec. Final Main and Final Consolation matches to be played in the Fox Reformed by Mon 29th December.

PRIZEFUND

PRIZE FUND THE PRIZE FUND will be 100% of entry fees. £480 if fully registered. 66.6% of the Prize Fund will go to to the  Main Tournament. Of this  52.5% to the winning team,  22.5% to the losing finalist team, 25.0% to be shared by the losing semi finalists players. 33.3% of the Prize Fund will go to to the Consolation Tournament. Of this 70% to the winning team, 30% to the losing finalist team, nought to losing semi finalist players. With 13 teams registered this means: Prize Fund £390 Main £260 Consolation £130 Winners £136.50 R-ups £58.50 S-Fs £65 Winners £91 R-ups £39 Per player 2 x  £68.25 2 x  £29.25 4 x £16.25 2 x  £45.50 2 x £19.50 Thus 12 of the 26 players  will walk away with a profit. These are the figures that will be handed out. If players wish to do deals between themselves, that's down to them.

AUCTION

AUCTION An Auction will be run by  Will Richardson at 7.15 p.m. on Monday 3th November  at The Fox Reformed.  Will will give us his humorous and informed view on each and every team before he starts the bidding.   There is no limit to the number of teams that the players may bid for. Players may bid for themselves.  Players that cannot be present may bid by telephone. Please arrange to call a player that will be present on their mobile phone or call The Fox on 020-7254-5975.  Non-players may also bid, but these must be done in person. The auction will be split:  70% to the owner of the Winning Team and  30% to the owner of the Running-up Team.  There will be no auction for the Consolation.
