We're always keen to help new players into backgammon. As such there will be a workshop from 09.00 - 11.30.  There will be tables of matches with numerous,  novice and experienced, players involved.  Play will be a 3 or 5 point match.  As others arrive they too can join in the matches.  This means lots of discussion over moves  which gives the novice players  a good idea of what might happen in the tournament.   There is no charge for the workshop.
